1) Q:I couldn't upload all my files due to lack of space on the server.
     Why is that?
   A:Our service is very popular and often we don't have time do move all
     the files on the server before it gets filled up. If this happens to
     you, send us a mail at world_of_music@fcmail.com and we will notify you
     when the files are moved.
   Q:Hey, I'm not satisfied with that. Sure, I can understand that you are
     popular, but why don't you just get some more serverspace?
   A:You're right. We don't have much serverspace, and we're working on it.
     If any of you out there can offer us some space, you are welcome to mail us.

2) Q:How long do I have to wait before I have the song I want?
   A:That depends. A few days or so.

3) Q:I don't have any of the MP3:s on your want-list. Can you send me some anyway?
   A:Nope. Thats a part of the deal. If you don't have them, just go search for
     them on the Internet, or ask your friends if they have them or something.
